Tired of bouncy castles and the normal kids' parties? Or are you tired of just sitting around the bonfire for a friend get together? Well, ever wondered what it would be like to be sitting around a wash tub in 1849 panning out your days gold buckets you broke your back to get? Well, you don't need to break your back I set up washtubs up on platforms, number depending on how many participants are there, usually up to 6 people to a tub, and fill it up with water. You then grab a bucket to sit on and can get to work! I will provide the panning materials, with the added gold(sold by the gram@ 75.00/gram), and everyone gets to keep what they find. I add from small flakes, up to small and medium nuggets for the party thrower, or for the birthday kid, so they can always keep a memento of the first time they found the reason they call it GOLD FEVER! There really is no explanation why, but the first time you see gold, you are hooked. I learned the hard way. I supply the wash tubs, dirt with gold added, gold pans, tweezers, buckets to sit on if requested, and a glass vial for everyone to show off their gold in. I will start set up an hour before the party is set to start. I will give a "beginners guide to panning" class even though it is fairly simple to figure out, there is a right and wrong way to pan. Then depending on when the party is to wrap, come clean up after the party, or the next day sometime before noon. Special clean up times at the request of the homeowner of course. I am based out of Glens Falls, New York, and will set up parties within 50 miles of there at the rate of $150.00 set up fee which includes all the supplies needed for the party plus the first 1/2 gram of gold, and then the cost of gold added to the panning dirt is all dependent on how much extra you want to add to it, priced at $85/per gram paid at time of setup via credit card (Square) or cash. How much dirt is dependent on how many guests are expected. Please feel free to shoot me an email with any questions or special requests
Cancellation Policy
Please contact within 48 hours of scheduled setup to cancel any appointments. Any cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the event deposit. Certain circumstances of course, will not cause forfeiture. Best bet is to please give me a call at the first signs of trouble
